Located in the heart of the town, Hainan Guest House - Building 1 is a convenient option for travelers. With its proximity to the Peoples park, guests can enjoy leisurely walks in the beautiful surroundings. the hotel is also surrounded by a variety of eating places, giving guests plenty of options for dining. the free transfer service to Melian airport every 30 minutes adds to the convenience factor for those catching flights.
Some guests have reported minor issues with room assignments and key card access, which can be a slight inconvenience.

Great location in the city center, close to the People's Park and plenty of eating places. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. the hotel provided free transfer to the international airport every 30 mins, which was very convenient.
Some minor issues encountered during the stay, such as a flood in the room due to a gap in the shower, and a few colleagues being assigned dirty rooms. the breakfast was average and not up to 5-star standard.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the HNA building and in the center of town. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and visit the People's Park. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our romantic escape.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the breakfast offered at the hotel was average and didn't meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.
